1. Where do you deliver to?

2. What is available?

Everything on our online menu, see HERE.

3. Do you deliver hot meals?

No, but our meals can be easily heated using the usual methods (e.g. stove top, microwave), and heating instructions are provided with meals which are suitable to heat.

4. When do you deliver?

Monday to Friday between 11.30am and 1pm.

5. Is there an order cut-off time?

Yes, orders must be placed before 10am for same day delivery.

6. Is there are minimum order?

Yes, the minimum order is $15.

7. How long will the meals last?

Meals should be either consumed or refrigerated (for up to 3-4 days) upon delivery.

8. What is the delivery charge?

Delivery is FREE.

9. How can I order?

Orders can be placed online, via email (hello@naturalkitchen.com.au) or over the phone (02 4982 0452).

10. How do I pay?

You can pay online, over the phone, or upon delivery using cash (no change given) or card (contactless).

11. Will I need to be at my chosen address to collect my delivery?

Yes, you will need to be at your chosen address during delivery times to collect your order. We will alert you via SMS when we arrive.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, your order will be returned to our Hunter Street store and can be collected at your earliest convenience.
